The book is well organized, and all the exercises are very well explained. I think it has all I need to improve my strength and physique.
love it, I like the idea of a step-by-step progression
And the explanation and highlights of how to perform each exercise are very clear with the yellow dude's illustrations. What I did know was that I didn't know what length the strap needed for the Band-assisted pull-ups and they didn't specify it in the book, and I didn't know that there were different lengths, so I accidentally bought a strap that wasn't too long, and the alternative to using a strap for the bent over barbell row exercise doesn't specify what length of strap you need, and I couldn't really figure out how to combine the strap with a bar
I just mentioned a small drawback. I hope they release a new edition with these additions
But there's nothing to say, they've changed the way I've been training, and I now feel confident that I'm on the right track to becoming a calisthenics master
Amazing... The BEST guide you will ever need to start calisthenics. It would be better if it had more in it for example more exercises and some other calisthenics tips but as it is now it's amazing...

you can see the book is really well structured and has a lot of drawings to show you exactly how to perform the exercises correctly, and it is really good for beginners and advanced as well. I really love this book, and I think every person who wants to get better at those exercises and have the basics of chalastenic is going to love it too
