Where do you ship to?

- 🇸🇬 Singapore: Ships from Singapore.
- 🇦🇺 Australia: Ships from Sydney.
- 🇲🇾 Malaysia: Ships from Selangor.
Do delivery drivers need my signature to deliver goods?
In many places, delivery drivers might leave packages at the doorstep without needing a signature as part of contactless delivery. It’s best to be available to receive your delivery and check the package when it arrives. If you see any issues, don’t open it and let us know right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegravgear.com. We’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Remember, we’re not responsible if the address was entered incorrectly. Once the item is shipped, we can’t do anything, and it will be your responsibility.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on where you are and how much your order weighs. You’ll see the total shipping cost at checkout before you finish your purchase.
Order not received?
If you haven’t received your order on time, contact us at hello@thegravgear.com. We’ll help track it down and make sure you get it quickly.
What if my order includes a pre-order item?
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you’d like to receive the available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.
