Refund policy
Order Cancellations:
- Contact us ASAP at hello@thegravgear.com with your order number and "Cancel order" in the subject line. We ship fast, so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances.
- Once your order ships, we can't cancel it. You'll need to follow our standard return process below
- Pre-order and made-to-order items (like any "Ships [date]" products) can be cancelled any time before the shipping date for a full refund.
- Partial cancellations: if removing an item drops your order below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be added back to your remaining items. We'll email you to confirm before processing.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and without any pet hair.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging, including tags and any applicable accessories.
- Discounted items, gift cards, or downloadable digital products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns:
- Our policy lasts 30 days from your purchase of any items.
- Returns will attract a 10% restocking fee to cover costs.
- Where the item was offered with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the final amount returned.
- The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email once the refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as there might be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Price Adjustment:
We offer store credit for the price difference if a physical product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days after your order date.
- Applies only to the exact same physical product and pricing region.
- Digital products are excluded from price adjustments.
- Requests must be submitted during the sale period.
- Adjustments will be issued as store credit only.
- Store credit issued is final and non-refundable.
- Please email your order number and the item details to hello@thegravgear.com to request a price adjustment.
