    Excellent way to break down and teach each exercise

    If you are like me and you keep finding a YouTube video that you watch the whole thing and get maybe one or two useful tips then forget about it because you watched another half dozed that did not give you anything or which are biased towards a piece of equipment that you can't get in your country, then you will appreciate this book.

    I like to read and understand what I am doing before I try to do an exercise. I like the way the book gives you a goal e.g. one handed pushups, then leads you through a whole series of exercises to build you up to being able to reach that goal.

    I find Apps on phones a pain in the butt because the screens are too small and it is too hard to pause as you go through a program. The laptop is better but it is in landscape so when you need it big enough to see from several feet away you can't scroll up the page. I just downloaded the pdf version of the book and put it all into a binder and it is then easy to read while trying different excerises. This also allows me to make up my own workout program and use the pages specific to the exercises I want to perform.

    Only had the book for a couple of weeks but I am very happy with how it is designed and how flexible a loose leaf printed version will be for me. Highly recommended.

    Full body, upper body, lower body…so we could, for the start, organize our workouts..
