Joining Conditions

The promotional platform's follower count should be at least 50K.

It is preferable that the content type on the affiliate’s promotional platform is centered around Calisthenics.

License Terms

Scope

- Affiliates can use provided images solely for promoting our products.
- Images, copyrighted by us, must not be altered or used otherwise without explicit permission.

Duration

- License is valid while affiliate partnership is active.
- Upon partnership termination, images must be immediately ceased and deleted from all platforms.

Commission

Commission rate

-Physical Product is 10%.

Payout related info

- Payments are made in MYR (RM) currency via Paypal.
- Commissions for the month will be settled on the last day of each month, with payouts made at the beginning of each month (no later than the 5th).

Disclaimer

Our responsibility is solely to pay affiliates the commissions earned from selling our products. We are not liable for any expected earnings of affiliates or any other costs or losses incurred through the use of our products.

Any fitness advice or demonstrations related to the use of our company's products, displayed or recommended by affiliate members on their respective platforms, represent the personal views and suggestions of those affiliate members, not the position or opinion of our company. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages if occur by following the fitness advice or demonstrations provided by affiliate members.

Termination

If an affiliate wishes to terminate the partnership, they can send an email to zac@thegravgear.com or contact the person in charge, @GRAVGEARZAC.

If a member violates any of the listed terms above, the company reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement.
